I loved this game when I was a kid. Too bad the sequel was left to die immediately after launch.

The art is cool, but not even a second after starting there are already problems with input and aspect ratio. Menu items are not selectable and the screen is cut off. Sprite Z-indexing is done lazily and leads to certain objects being behind or above the character where they shouldn't be. The music is just really repetitive, in my personal opinion. Enemies pop into view--if this was intentional, then you should have hidden it by darkening a room that hadn't been entered yet.

Love the mix between gritty style and noodle proportions, underappreciated combination
